About Dr. Gordia Ross

Dr. Gordia Ross is an early childhood education professional with more than 25 years of experience as an educator, program leader, education specialist, college instructor, and professional-development facilitator. Her work has focused on strengthening teaching practice, supporting program quality, and helping educators connect research with the realities of everyday classrooms.

Riseluma grew from her belief that professional learning should be credible, practical, and easy to use. Through research-informed articles, carefully selected resources, and original tools, she supports early childhood professionals as they reflect, grow, and make thoughtful decisions in their work with children and families.
